Two Convenient Ways To Contact Us

Frequently Asked Questions about pressure and power washing

Q: Will your company be using a pressure washer? I have heard they can cause damage.
A: What you have heard is very true. This is why you should be very cautious about whom you hire. A true professional pressure washing company will use the right specialty cleaners and use very low pressure to rinse away the dirt and mildew.
Q: Are you going to use chemicals? I don't want my flowers and grass to be harmed.
A: PressurePros, Inc has spent considerable time exploring the right blends of cleaning agents that are biodegradable and effective, but will not harm landscaping. We are very careful around flowers. Sometimes a delicate species may have a tiny bit of browning. This is very temporary and 99% of the time the plant will come back greener and more in bloom then ever before.
A: We are also very conscious of our impact on the environment. Our system of draining follows all E.P.A guidelines so you can be sure when the wash water hits the ground, there is not a negative impact on ground water or sewers.
Q: I am very conscious of environmental issues, could you tell me more about what happens to the cleaning water?
Q: How long have you guys been in business?
A: The residential division of Pressure Pros is going into its fourth year. Prior to that we were involved primarily with commercial pressure washing work. Our staff includes union painters and skilled carpentry craftsman.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: PressurePros carries all requisite insurance. Our liability policy covers up to $1,000,000 and all employees are covered by Workman's Compensation. The state of PA does not require licensing for contractors though sometimes we wish they would. We are certified to perform wood restoration by the Wolman corporation and will show you all of our certificates at the time of your estimate.
Q: All of you companies say you are the best. How do I know I am getting what I pay for?
A: This is a very good point. We are very confident in our ability to make your experience a pleasant one. From the time you make the call our process is swift and efficient. We will get back to you within the day to schedule an evaluation. As long as we have access to the property, you need not be home for this evaluation. We will then present you with a detailed written proposal. Our proposals are concrete. The price we quote is the price you pay. Work will then be scheduled and unless the weather is not cooperating, we show up on time and ready to work. Our customer list has grown considerably over the last couple of years and our referrals speak volumes.
Q:  Do I have to give you a deposit?
A: No. We understand there are well meaning but underfunded contractors out there that charge large deposits to book work or pay for materials. We stock enough materials to do your job. PressurePros, Inc will not ask you for a deposit to schedule your work. We want you to feel secure in knowing we will be there not paying first and then hoping for the best. We've all heard horror stories about dishonest contractors. We want you to sleep easy. The only money we may ask for is 1/3 after the first day of a multi-day project such as a deck. At that point you willl have seen what we can do and your materials will be on the job site.
Q: Do you offer any type of warranty on your work?

A: Our deck work is guaranteed, in writing, for two years. Because we use contractor grade stains and sealers we know they will hold up. Our gold and platinum plan house washes also offer the same guarantee.

A: Once you hire PressurePros to maintain your property you don't have to give cleaning a second thought. We visit your property periodically and send you reminders when maintenance cleaning needs to be performed. Our customers become very loyal and we like to reward them for their referrals. When you recommend us to a friend, we credit your account with cleaning dollars. You can use those cleaning dollars towards your next service or coming soon in 2009 we will have an online catalog from which to choose prizes such as gift certificates to local restaurants or other services in the area.

Q: Is there anything else I should know?
